Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed and are typically shipped the same day or the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Tracking & Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once a package is marked as "Delivered," we unfortunately can't track it down from our end. Monday Matcha is not responsible for delivery issues caused by the carrier or theft at your delivery address — but if something goes wrong, reach out. We’ll always do our best to help.
Wrong Item or Other Issues?
If you’ve received the wrong item — or if there’s any issue with your order — please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We always want our customers to be happy and will do everything we can to make it right.
Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind, in line with Swedish law. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To return an item, email us at hello@mondaymatcha.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping. You may either use your own courier or request a downloadable return label from us and cover the shipping cost.
Once we’ve received and approved the return, we’ll refund you within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for food items or opened products for health and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
We want you to feel confident trying our matcha, so we offer a taste guarantee on our 30g pack. If it’s not for you, we’ll refund you – no hard feelings.
Please note: This guarantee only applies to the 30g size and your first order (not 80g or 150g).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
International Orders
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or other import charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid before delivery.
